Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering brand strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute Oncology brand strategies and annual operating plans across the Gulf region.\nLead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.\nMonitor brand performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.\nCollaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Compliance, and external partners to ensure effective execution of brand plans.\nSupport field force effectiveness through training, brand tools, and customer-focused initiatives.\nManage brand budgets, project timelines, and operational activities to deliver results effectively.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in pharmaceutical marketing.\nStrong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nOncology or specialty care experience is preferred.\nDegree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.\nExcellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.\nA collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a strong drive for execution and results.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading Oncology portfolio, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, and help improve outcomes for patients across the Gulf region.
