Make a Real Impact.\nAt Ipsen, our manufacturing operations play an important role in delivering medicines to patients around the world.\nWe're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability and asset performance across our Dublin manufacturing site. This is an opportunity to influence site performance, develop people and work with colleagues across the wider Ipsen network.\nYour Role\nAs Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance strategy, equipment reliability and lifecycle management of site assets, ensuring the site has the capability, systems and technical support required to achieve its operational objectives.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead maintenance and reliability activities across manufacturing equipment, utilities and site infrastructure.\nDrive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime and asset performance.\nLead, coach and develop a high-performing maintenance team.\nProvide technical leadership for complex maintenance and asset performance challenges.\nDevelop maintenance strategies, lifecycle asset plans and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure maintenance activities are executed safely and in compliance with site quality and EHS standards.\nManage maintenance contractors, service providers and departmental budgets.\nSupport major shutdown activities, equipment upgrades and asset replacement programmes.\nWhat You'll Bring\nEssential\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.\nSignificant maintenance leadership experience within pharmaceutical, API, chemical process or other regulated manufacturing environments.\nStrong knowledge of maintenance, reliability and asset management principles.\nExperience leading technical teams and managing external contractors.\nExperience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programmes.\nStrong problem-solving and continuous improvement capability.\nIdeally, You'll Also Bring\nExperience supporting complex process manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of critical utility systems, refrigeration, automation, instrumentation and calibration systems.\nExperience with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA or Root Cause Analysis.\nKnowledge of process safety and hazardous manufacturing operations.\nExperience supporting asset replacement and capital investment programmes.\nCreating Impact Together\nThis is an opportunity to lead a critical function within a growing manufacturing organisation, improving equipment reliability, asset performance and operational excellence while supporting the delivery of medicines that make a difference to patients' lives.\nWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
