Collaborate with other project managers as needed to distribute responsibilities based on event complexity and scope.\nCross-Functional Connectivity: Establish and maintain strong links with Asset Teams, Cross-Functional Teams, MCCE, Affiliates, and logistics agencies to ensure cohesive collaboration and effective event planning.\nGlobal Medical Planning Leadership: Drive global medical planning teams, actively engaging with key stakeholders to achieve alignment on objectives and strategies to optimize delivery. \nLogistics and Participation Management: Oversee event logistics, including the coordination of ancillary meetings and affiliate attendee participation, ensuring seamless execution and addressing logistical challenges effectively.\nAgency Management: Manage external agencies responsible for logistics and other functions, providing oversight and challenge to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nEvent Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor all medical event activities before, during, and after the event, ensuring adherence to plans and identifying areas for improvement and success.\nContinuous Improvement: Pursue excellence in medical event execution by consistently seeking opportunities for optimization and implementing best practices to enhance outcomes.\nBudget Follow-Up & Contracts\nPurchase Order Management: Create and manage Purchase Orders, verify invoices, and track payments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.\nBudget Monitoring: Actively monitor and manage the budget for events, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and resource allocation.\nService Contract Development: Collaborate closely with Corporate Legal Affairs, Center of Excellence for contracting, Purchasing, and Ethics & Compliance teams to create and manage service contracts with HCPs, and suppliers, ensuring all agreements meet company standards.\nAdministrative Support: Handle general administrative duties as needed to support event planning and execution.\nEthics and Compliance Oversight: Ensure all actions comply with company ethics and policies, proactively identifying and flagging potential risks to maintain the highest standards of integrity.\nQualifications\nBA diploma\nMust have experience within the pharmaceutical industry\nStrong experience with direct and sole accountability for planning, management, and oversight of all aspects of executing pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology programs, and medical events\n Proven experience managing standalone events, congresses, and logistics\nDemonstrated competencies in supporting/working in high-level organizations. \nKnowledge, understanding, and experience with pharmaceutical regulations such as (HIPPA and the Sunshine Act)\nPrevious project management experience \nHands-on working experience, knowledge, and understanding of both the conventional and pharmaceutical industries, as well as business practices that support best-in-class medical event planning management and execution within the healthcare industry\n Fluency in English\nNous nous engageons à créer un lieu de travail où chacun se sent écouté, valorisé et soutenu, où nous incarnons « The Real Us*».
