Specific areas of focus include brand plan development and implementation, target customer identification and segmentation, development of collateral materials and promotional programs, physician speaker training, and sales force training. The Product Manager collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies that address unmet patient needs, drive market development, and support commercial issues.\nMain Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of brand plans and engagement strategies in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders (including Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access) to address patient needs.\nContribute to pre-launch and market development activities to ensure readiness for product introduction.\nAssist in identifying market research needs to understand how to most effectively influence prescribing decisions.\nIdentify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer targets through competitive analysis, positioning, and marketing strategy assessments.\nIntegrate information and data across functions and geographies, as well as external knowledge, to create decisive insights that drive the business forward.\nProvide support in the management of distribution or channel issues.\nAnalyze product performance relative to key performance initiatives and adjust plans as necessary.\nSupport forecasting and pricing teams.\nDevelop focused tactical plans relative to the strategic priorities for the brands, including relevant key performance indicators.\nLead the development of promotional materials, programs, and training initiatives and work with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory to have them reviewed and approved.\nDevelop and maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) connections and invest in field time with sales representatives to gather insights and inform brand plans.\nContribute to a culture of breakthrough thinking and pragmatic experimentation across the organization.\nView situations or systems from multiple perspectives to ensure all angles are thoroughly examined and pertinent information acquired.\nDetermine effective marketing communication channels to meet brand plan goals.\nKnowledge & Experience\nBachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree, preferably in business (MBA) or health sciences is preferred\n5 years’ experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry\n2 years’ progressive marketing or related experience\n2 years’ experience in sales, preferably specialty care\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships, foster trust and gain respect to lead, motivate, collaborate, negotiate and influence the decision-making of internal and external stakeholders\nDemonstrated understanding of how customers use information across all channels and ideally experience in leveraging multiple channels to achieve brand objectives.\nKnowledge of pharmaceutical legal, regulatory, and medical processes required.\nProven leadership, strategic, and analytical abilities\nProven skills in strategic planning and product launches\nDemonstrated project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated experience working with and managing agency partners\nStrong team-building skills and a team-oriented approach.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nStrong presentation and facilitation skills.\nAbility to develop consistent, well-supported, competitive strategies. \nDemonstrated project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProven skills in strategic planning and product launches.\nActs with a high sense of urgency.\nAdaptability and strong advocate of change.\nSpecialty product marketing experience is an asset\nExperience in the therapeutical area preferred inc. migraine\nEnglish speaking is essential, French speaking preferred\nWe are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported; where we embrace “The Real Us”.
