It is how we help ensure that patients, particularly those living with rare diseases, can benefit from the medicines they need.\nWe are looking for an experienced Public Affairs and Value & Access Manager to shape and execute strategies that strengthen the value of our portfolio, address access barriers and improve patient pathways across Colombia. This is a highly visible role combining market access strategy, health economics, pricing, reimbursement and payer engagement.\nYour Impact\nYou will:\nDevelop and implement value, access and pricing strategies for new and existing products.\nCreate compelling value propositions supported by clinical, economic and financial evidence.\nLead HTA, reimbursement and pricing submissions, including the development and defence of robust business cases.\nDesign innovative access models that respond to local healthcare and patient needs.\nBuild trusted relationships with payers, healthcare organisations, Health Secretaries and other key decision-makers.\nLead negotiations to secure product listing, funding and sustainable access within priority accounts.\nTranslate complex scientific and health-economic evidence into clear, credible narratives for external and internal stakeholders.\nPartner across Medical, Commercial and global teams to improve treatment pathways and expand patient access.\nWhat You Will Bring\nStrong rare disease market access expertise, with a deep understanding of complex patient journeys, reimbursement pathways and access challenges.\n\nAt least 3-4 years of experience leading market access initiatives within pharmaceuticals or the Colombian healthcare system.\nExperience across value proposition development, pricing, reimbursement, payer account management, tenders or HTA.\nDeep knowledge of the Colombian healthcare system, healthcare policy and access environment.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with payers, health authorities and healthcare organisations.\nExperience supporting launches of innovative or specialised therapies.\nA degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare or a related discipline.
