This is a days based position.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the Subject Matter Expert and System Owner for designated facilities and utilities systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation. (i.e Plant Steam, Water for Injection, Pure Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration/Ventilation)\nDevelop and implement maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle strategies to maximise equipment performance and availability.\nLead technical troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve reliability.\nSupport CAPEX projects, including commissioning, qualification, and handover of new equipment and infrastructure.\nManage relationships with OEMs, contractors, and specialist service providers while mentoring and developing engineering colleagues.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, engineering, statutory, and EHS requirements, maintaining audit readiness across assigned systems.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience:\nExperience from a similar facilities and utilities focussed role in a manufacturing environment.
