And we’re proud to share we’ve received our Great Place to Work Certification in 2022 & 2023!\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Assistant Research Manager\n\nLocation: Lagos, Nigeria\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nReports to: Lead Channel\n\nJob Purpose\n\nThe Assistant Research Manager, Channel Performance, supports the end-to-end delivery of retail audit and channel performance projects, from research design and planning through execution, analysis, reporting, and client presentation.\nThe role is responsible for ensuring high- quality project delivery, strengthening client relationships, and providing actionable business insights that support client decision-making.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport client relationship management and business growth.\nEnsure timely, high-quality project delivery.\nPrepare reports and client presentations.\nAnalyse data and deliver actionable business insights.\nIdentify sales opportunities and contribute to proposal development.\nDrive process improvement and innovation.\nManage Retail Audit and Channel Performance projects.\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience managing research projects and client relationships.\nBachelor's Degree in Statistic Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.\nMust have 3-5 years of experience in retail audit, market research, channel performance measurement, data analytics, or a related field.\n\nExpertise & Competencies:\n\nStrong quantitative research and analytical skills.\nStrong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to translate data into actionable business insights.\nExperience in retail audit and channel performance measurement.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.\nStrong Power BI and dashboard development skills.\nKnowledge of programming and data analytics tools is an advantage.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.\nStrong commercial and business acumen.
