You'll ensure that data flows seamlessly and reliably to our clients and internal teams.\nEnsure System Reliability (SRE Principles): You will monitor the health and performance of our systems, ensuring efficient resource usage. When issues arise, you'll be on the front line, performing root cause analysis, deploying fixes, and providing Level 2 technical support. You'll also contribute to a blameless post-mortem culture to learn from incidents.\nDrive Continuous Improvement: You will be empowered to propose and implement structural improvements to our platform, from configuration management to system architecture. We primarily use GCP and AWS, so experience there is a significant plus.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Knowledge of IaC principles and tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.\nCI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.\nDatabases: Working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases or data warehouses.\nScripting and Automation: Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and comfort with the Unix/Linux command line (we expect you to know your way around `grep`, `awk`, `sed`, etc.).\nETL/Data Pipelines: Familiarity with data workflows and tools like Argo Workflows.\nDesirable Skills (Nice to Have)\nContainerization and Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.\nVersion Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).\nExperience of Windows IIS\nNoSQL Databases: Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.\nAgile and Project Tracking: Experience with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.\nNetworking Concepts: A good understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).\nSecurity Best Practices: A good awareness of and interest in security and privacy in the cloud.\nBenefits:\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you as an individual.
