If so, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nChannel Performance delivers mystery shopping and performance measurement programmes that help clients understand customer experiences, identify opportunities and improve performance. As a QA Project Executive, you will play a fundamental role in the success of our Mystery Shopping business, ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved across our validation and quality assurance processes.\nWorking closely with our Client Success, Project Management and Operations teams, you will act as the key link between functions, ensuring validation resources are effectively deployed, project deadlines are met and all survey data meets Ipsos quality standards before being delivered to clients.\nThis is a varied role where you'll monitor quality metrics and KPIs, provide coaching and support to validation teams, contribute to operational planning discussions and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and automation. Your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction, business performance and Ipsos' reputation as a leading mystery shopping provider.\nWe are ideally looking for someone to be based in the St Albans office.\nAbout You\nEssential Skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading capabilities.\nStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail, with experience of checking data and proofreading documents for accuracy.\nCommercial awareness, including an understanding of project budgets or financial tracking.\nAbility to train, coach and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage issues through to resolution.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.\nExperience learning and adapting to new systems and technologies quickly.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience in market research, mystery shopping, audit research or a related project delivery environment.\nExperience supporting or coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders or suppliers.\nFamiliarity with digital data collection, validation or reporting processes.\nInterest in developing a career in quality assurance management and/or mystery shopping.\nConfidence using AI tools responsibly to improve day-to-day productivity, quality or ways of working.\nBehaviours\nAnalytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.\nResilience, flexibility and agility when priorities change.\nCreative, solution-focused problem solving.\nMotivation, accountability and ownership of outcomes.\nEmpathy, active listening and effective communication.\nCuriosity and commitment to continuous improvement.\nService orientation and client-first mindset.\nCollaborative approach, building effective relationships across multiple teams.\nAbility to make sound decisions under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.\nBenefits\nWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you as an individual.
