Vietnam!\nPURPOSE\nTo be at the heart of our work with clients, supporting your team in the design, set-up and management of research projects.\n\nRESPONSIBILITY\nSupervised by an Associate Director.\n\nManage clients appropriately and proactively.\n\nDevelop product/sector knowledge and champion it.\n\nDemonstrate commercial acumen.\n\nDisplay supervisory/mentoring practices with junior staff.\n\nProvide a safe pair of hands in managing simple or complex research projects.\n\nEffectively manage multiple projects at once and anticipate potential problems and how to prevent them.\n\nCarry out tasks displaying solid basic research knowledge.\n\nDesign research and draft proposals that demonstrate good knowledge.\n\nWrite good quality report.\n\nCheck and appropriately analyze more complex data, interpret accurately, and make good recommendations based on it.\n\nKeenness to learn and proactive about self-development and development of others.\n\n QUALIFICATIONS\nBackground:\nAt least 5 years of solid foundation in market research experience.\n\nExperience in questionnaire design, table specifications, and project management.\n\nExperience in daily client management.\n\nKnowledge of basic statistics is an advantage.\n\nSoft skills:\nGood communication skills, written and oral, in Vietnamese and English.\n\nExceptional time management skills.\n\nPresentation skill.\n\nGood client service skills.\n\nAble to build strong links with the rest of the business.\n\nAble to work effectively in a team and independently.\n\nPersonality:\nDetail-oriented\n\nAnalytical thinking\n\nProactive / Self-motivated\n\nLogical thinking and curiosity\n\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Social
