Research Manager - Innovation

Client Focus:

• You’ll be leading innovation research projects and managing client accounts
• Responsible for set-up, design, execution and delivery of projects (e.g. designing and implementing multiple methodologies, sampling designs, advanced analytics, workshops/debriefs etc.)
• Overseeing junior staff, ensuring high quality delivery and client servicing is maintained throughout
• Use your creativity to design innovative proposals, making effective use of Ipsos approaches and philosophy

Financial Responsibility:

• Costing and pricing projects, controlling project budgets and contributing to client pitches
• Delivering profitable growth, you will be responsible for seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve margins on every project we deliver

Team Leadership and Coaching:

• Leading the team to confidently deliver stories, narratives and presentations focused on insights from the data.
• Provide direction, coaching and support to team members working closely with other RMs, ADs and Directors to manage resources/ workloads effectively.
• To manage and deliver complex projects through your project team, design, set up and management of leading-edge research.
• To carry out account management activities through managing of existing client relationships and looking for new opportunities.
• To manage and coach our people.

QUALIFICATIONS

Background:

• At least 5 years of strong Market Research Experience and good application of knowledge.
• Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications and project management.
• Understand and use statistical analysis.
• Selling of research projects and capabilities.
• Ideally, experienced in relevant category or sectors.

Education:

Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Social Science, Statistics, Economics or related studies.
