This assignment supports a dynamic, dedicated production team in a variety of inspection and audit related functions. These include but are not limited to: Incoming, In-process and Final inspection, documentation and configuration data auditing and process auditing.\nWhat You’ll Do\nVerify product conformance to applicable specifications, drawings and instructions\nVerify associated processing documentation has been completed correctly\nVerify product configuration data has been entered into the database accurately\nEnter quality related data into the applicable database\nConduct procedural audits per schedule\nGenerate nonconforming material documentation and assist in the processing of non-conforming material\nProvide guidance/support to production staff regarding procedural/process compliance issues\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma and three or more years of experience working in a manufacturing (or similar) environment, preferably in a quality related support role, electronics manufacturing background preferred\nStrong computer skills (use word documents, spreadsheets and database software)\nA working knowledge of basic mechanical measuring tools and dimensional tolerances\nAbility to correctly interpret product engineering drawings\nExperience working with, and verifying procedural documents and records with close attention to detail\nStrong communication skills (written, verbal, visual)\nStrong interpersonal skills (listening, group facilitation)\nMay need to support second shift or weekends on an as needed basis\nWays to Stand Out\nWorkmanship certifications in IPC-A-620 and IPC-610\nKnowledge of and experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment\nBackground in highly complex electromechanical products\nFamiliarity with GD&T\nWhat Sets Us Apart?\nSRC, Inc., a not-for-profit research and development company, combines information, science, technology and ingenuity to solve “impossible” problems in the areas of defense, environment and intelligence.
