The Associate Manager - Regulatory Compliance plays a key role in ensuring that client companies meet their regulatory obligations by supporting the Manager in the delivery of effective compliance and MLRO services.\nWHAT YOU''LL DO\nYou'll support and act as Compliance Officer, MLRO and DMLRO for client companies, ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring and continuous enhancement of AML/CFT frameworks, policies, procedures and regulatory compliance controls.\n\nYou'll oversee AML/CFT compliance activities, including risk assessments, client file reviews, suspicious transaction reporting, regulatory analysis, compliance reporting, and the provision of expert guidance to internal teams and clients on compliance matters.\n\nYou'll manage relationships with regulators by coordinating FSC inspections, responding to regulatory queries, presenting compliance and risk reports at board meetings, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and industry best practices.\n\nYou'll contribute to the development of a strong compliance culture through the delivery of AML/CFT training, the preparation of management information and risk reports, and by supporting the supervision, coaching and resource allocation of the Client Compliance Services team.\n\nYou'll drive operational excellence by supporting process automation, enhancing compliance monitoring systems and controls, safeguarding information assets, and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance and risk management frameworks.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nComprehensive remuneration: Motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile \nPension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to allow and increase employee contributions \nAnnual leave: All our employees are entitled to 22 days paid leave.
