You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines, while effectively managing client expectations on a day-to-day basis.\nKey responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, disclosures, and ad hoc client deliverables in connection with fund administration services.\nYou are also expected to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness within the department.\nAct as a subject matter expert in hybrid fund structures, with strong knowledge of accounting and administration processes.\nWhat you'll do\nCore Responsibilities:\nYou'll manage financial servicing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day relationships and the accurate, timely delivery of client reporting and information.\nYou'll serve as the subject matter expert for designated clients, maintaining a thorough understanding of LPAs, SLAs, fee agreements, and other technical client-specific requirements.\nYou'll monitor and uphold operational controls by ensuring all procedures, policies, and checklists are consistently followed to minimize risk.\nYou'll coordinate and build effective relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, brokers, custodians, and regulatory authorities.\nYou'll proactively support client needs, manage compliance-related interactions, and ensure high standards of service delivery, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.\nTasks / Duties:\nClient Delivery\nDeliver timely quality service to the client to ensure all requests for designated clients are met, ensuring any client/investor queries are responded to within 24 hours\nComplete a review on designated client work (includes NAV, Financial Statements and other Ad Hoc Tasks) and assist on reviews for other teams as required when the need arise\nEnsure that KPIs are developed, implemented and reported quarterly in accordance with agreed SLA’s\nPrepare reporting timetable for all client work and manage reporting process to ensure all deliverables adequately resourced and completed on time\nMaintain regular contact with client through regular calls and emails detailing upcoming deliverables and progress thereof.\nAssist with new business take on where required.\nManagement of Workflow\nWork with Back Office on client deliverables to ensure adequate resources are allocated and fully utilised\nEnsure Back Office are preparing all work to a standard suitable for client review\nProvide constructive feedback to Back Office on a timely basis and ensure Back Office receive appropriate development support\nPlan workloads and utilise support team / additional resources where necessary to ensure deadlines are achieved\nEnsure reconciled cash balances are maintained for clients at all times.\nIQ-EQ Fee Management\nEnsure our electronic time sheets are completed daily, and accurately for all hours worked and recording ad hoc work completed for billing purposes\nSystems\nUnderstand and use best practice on Investran and Paxus (accounting platform)\nUnderstand and make best use of the functionality in our software when producing accounts\nEnsure client database is up to date and accurate in accounting platform (contact changes completed within 24 hours of receipt) and Outlook databases for client related changes\nMaintain client folder within firm to ensure proper filing and documentation of supporting documents for the purpose of Audit season.\nRisk\nEnsure relevant procedures and checklists are adhered to by staff to minimise risk of errors\nReport any breaches, complaints or errors to Compliance officer promptly\nEnsure all error reports are completed for review by the Senior Accountant on the day an error is identified\nOther\nUndertake any additional reasonable requests as deemed by the firm\nWhat we offer\nComprehensive remuneration and pension: motivating financial packages based upon market rates for your role and is proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile\nWellbeing: additional social benefits such as private health and dental cover, life assurance and etc\nAnnual leave: our employees are entitled to 25 days paid leave plus all statutory public holidays\nMaternity and paternity leave, education leave and etc\nFlexible working: we recognise the value of working flexibly and want to ensure all employees enjoy an excellent work-life blend. As such, we are open to conversations with employees related to setting up flexible working arrangements.\n About you\nEssential\nYou hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, are a CPA or equivalent, and have 4-5 years of relevant accounting or financial services experience.\nYou have experience managing service operations, client relationships, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.\nYou are proficient in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, including detailed notes and supporting disclosures.\nYou possess strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills, and are confident communicating with senior management and key stakeholders.\nYou have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines, perform under pressure, and lead by example.\nDesired\nKnowledge of private equity, family office and open-ended industry is essential\nAdvanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data analytics\nExperience working in Financial Services office environment\n As a forward-looking business, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
