Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Embedded Software Architect. In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Architektur und strategische Weiterentwicklung einer Embedded-Software-Plattform. Sie bewerten neue Technologien, definieren nachhaltige Technologiestandards und stellen durch Architektur-Governance, Entwicklungsrichtlinien sowie moderne Test- und Automatisierungskonzepte eine hohe Softwarequalität sicher. Zudem stimmen Sie architektonische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Management und Entwicklungsteams ab, dokumentieren technische Entscheidungen und unterstützen verteilte Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung gemeinsamer Architekturprinzipien.

  • Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Software
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Design komplexer Software-Architekturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Software-Engineering-Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit Architektur-Governance, Entwicklungsrichtlinien sowie Test- und Automatisierungskonzepten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung bzw. im Coaching von Entwicklungsteams
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil sind:

  • Erfahrung mit Zephyr RTOS
  • Erfahrung mit skalierbaren und modularen Embedded-Software-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit international bzw. standortübergreifend verteilten Entwicklungsteams
