Holiday parties & team events [that you’ll help plan]\nPay Range. $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience\nIs This You?\nYou are reliable, dependable and trustworthy with confidential/sensitive information.\nYou jump in and help the moment someone needs a hand.\nYou stay productive (and find something useful to do) when things go quiet.\nYou get a buzz from planning events people actually remember.\nYou treat colleagues like valued customers.\nYou take shifting priorities in stride and stay cheerful about it.\nWhat You Will Do\nA taste of the variety:\nPeople (HR): Onboarding and offboarding, hiring support, benefits administration, payroll support, documentation, compliance, VOEs, background and reference checks, and I-9s.\nExecutive Support: CEO travel and diary planning, expense reporting, and other tasks as needed.\nFinance:managing registration with relevant state agencies & payroll tax compliance (filings, notices, account maintenance), scanning and logging mail/notices and checks, documenting processes, credit card and expense support, vendor support (W-9s and vendor queries), and general finance administration.\nOffice & Facilities: Building security and admin, ordering supplies, FedEx shipping, receiving and tracking (internationally too), collecting and processing incoming mail, scanning, guest and vendor coordination, health and safety “fire warden” duties, and keeping the kitchen and break room stocked.\nEvents: Meetings, lunches, dinners, holiday parties, travel and hotel arrangements, and a helping hand with marketing events.\nSales, Marketing & Customer Service Ops: Projects and general support whenever the team needs it.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in an administrative role with serious multitasking, executive engagement and pace.\nA friendly, approachable and dependable style.\nDiscretion with sensitive employee and financial data.\nAttention to detail and accuracy with numbers, and the ability to hit recurring deadlines.\nConfidence with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and scheduling tools, with an AI-forward mindset.\nAn organized, diligent and proactive approach.\nPayroll and/or benefits administration exposure is helpful.\nRelevant experience can substitute for formal education.\nThe Practical Bits\nTime at a desk working on a computer.\nLifting up to 15 pounds from time to time.\nBased in Denver, with time in the office as needed.\nReady To Make Things Happen?
