As VP of Product, that someone is you. You will turn IQM's technical milestones and R&D breakthroughs into a product roadmap that makes sense for cloud providers, HPC centers, system integrators, and sovereign cloud initiatives around the world. You will lead our product team and work closely with Technology and Commercial leadership. This is a role for someone who wants to shape how quantum computing becomes a practical, scalable industry, while it's still being defined. \nWe are looking for someone action oriented and hands-on where it counts, who puts IQM's success as the north start while still investing in the team around them. \nWhat you’ll actually do \nTranslate IQM's technical and R&D milestones into a clear, scalable product roadmap which is built together with internal stakeholders, including Technology teams \n\nOwn product governance across our on-premises hardware, software, integration, and cloud offerings \n\nLead and build high performing Product team, by developing individual growth \n\nGuide the shift from NISQ era research systems toward industrial QEC and FTQC systems \n\nIdentify new market opportunities, industries and customer segments for our products in close partnership with Sales and Commercial teams, as the roadmap needs to be grounded in real customer demand \n\nPartner with executive leadership on strategic prioritization and budget planning \n\nBalance customer requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term strategy in every product decision \n\nRepresent IQM at global summits, industry events, and executive level forums \n\nWhat we’re looking for \nA Master's or PhD in engineering, physics, computer science, business, or a related field \n\nSignificant senior leadership experience (10+ years) in product management, including running manager of managers structures \n\nExperience in deep tech, R&D intensive, or scientific product environments, bringing complex, research driven technology to market \n\nA track record of translating company strategy and customer insights into successful product strategy \n\nExperience translating technical innovation into scalable, commercially viable products \n\nExperience configuring a product portfolio for maximum customer value while optimizing commercial results \n\nStrong executive level communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies \n\nComfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-moving deep tech environment \n\nSeen as an advantage\nPrior experience in quantum computing or an adjacent deep tech field\n\nExperience working with HPC centers, cloud providers, or sovereign cloud initiatives\n\nPrior experience with the important business models and their evolution over time in a computing industry\n\nWhy IQM? \nFull-stack quantum computing: From quantum hardware to software layers and beyond, \n\nwe build across the full-stack.\n\nHigh-performance playground: We aim high, and we know sustainable performance only works when life outside work does too-hybrid setups, flexible hours.\n\nNever the smartest: You won’t always be the smartest person in the room.
