复杂应用问题协同应用、方案等相关团队处理。 \n6.收集设备日志、故障现象、客户需求及改进建议，完成现场问题的初步原因分析，协同研发、生产和质量团队推进产品问题闭环及持续改进。 \n7.完成中英文安装报告、服务报告、维修记录、备件使用记录及技术资料归档，并参与服务案例、故障知识库和标准作业指导书的建设。 \n8.为海外代理商及合作伙伴的服务工程师提供技术培训、远程支持和现场指导，逐步提升区域本地化服务能力。 \n9.遵守公司及客户现场的EHS、安全和保密要求，能够适应欧洲区域客户现场服务、跨时区技术支持及阶段性海外出差。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n岗位要求：\n1.本科及以上学历，仪器科学、电子电气、自动化、机械电子、测控技术、真空、物理、材料、化学等相关专业，硕士优先。 \n2.具备3年以上高端科学仪器、半导体设备或相关复杂机电设备的安装、调试、维修或现场服务经验;
