This role partners closely with Product Managers, Creative teams, and Execution teams to coordinate campaign activities, maintain timelines, and support successful delivery.\nThe individual will also support the review and editing of content produced by writers and copy editors, ensuring a high standard of written English across materials. Given the highly specialized nature of the products, candidates with experience in pharmaceutical environments are desirable, although relevant experience from academia may also be considered.\nThis is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and execution of go-to-market collateral in partnership with Creative and Execution teams.\nAssist Product Managers with campaign planning, coordination, and scheduling.\nTrack and coordinate multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.\nReview and edit content produced by writers and copy editors to ensure quality and consistency.\nEnsure a high standard of written English across campaign and product-related materials.\nCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.\nMaintain project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.\nManage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required.\nFluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n2-5 years of relevant professional experience.\nExperience supporting projects, campaigns, or product-related initiatives.\nStrong copy editing and writing skills.\nStrong organizational and prioritization abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and communication skills.\nDemonstrated adaptability and ability to work effectively under pressure.\nPharmaceutical industry experience preferred; candidates from academia will also be considered.\nSuccess Profile\nHighly organized and detail-oriented.\nComfortable managing a high volume of work and shifting priorities.\nStrong collaborator who works effectively across teams.\nEffective communicator with a customer- and stakeholder-focused mindset.\nEager to learn and develop project management and campaign execution expertise.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
