Able to attract; develop and retain talent.\nRole & Responsibilities\nServe as the Principal (or Person) in Charge (PIC) for Cronos projects, providing overall leadership and accountability for project initiation, execution, and closeout.\nOversee project governance, ensuring compliance with Cronos and IQVIA policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Manager Analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.\nAllocate resources, balance workloads, and ensure optimal team performance across multiple projects.\nFacilitate project governance reviews, risk assessments, and issue escalation processes.\nAct as the primary point of contact for senior/executive management regarding project status, risks, and escalations.\nEnsure accurate and timely completion of project deliverables, including financial reconciliation, documentation, and archiving.\nProvide operational consultation on all aspects of the Cronos service offering.\nDrive process improvement initiatives and champion best practices in project management and operational excellence.\nRepresent Cronos Study Operations in cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.\nSupport business development activities as needed, including proposal development and client presentations.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nProven leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing project teams.\nStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and compliance in a clinical research environment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, SharePoint) preferred.\nAbility to build strong business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.\nMinimum Required Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n7+ years of experience in clinical research, project management, or study operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\nDemonstrated experience in project governance, process improvement, and team management.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
