This role supports operational improvement, resource planning, and team development while driving performance and compliance, on a shift from Tuesday- Saturday 7am-330pm.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nSupervise, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement\nSet daily operational objectives and coordinate team workflows to meet demand\nMonitor operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings\nEnsure adherence to quality control systems, SOPs, and regulatory requirements\nSupport capacity planning, resource allocation, and equipment justification\nLead team meetings and foster a collaborative and aligned work environment\nAct as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues\nSupport audit readiness and oversee timely and effective audit responses\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's Degree or other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree\n3-4 years of prior experience in supervising, leading, or coordinating teams.\nAbility to coach, mentor, and develop employees.\nStrong leadership presence with a focus on accountability and results.\nAn understanding of operations, methods, and quality systems\nThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nEffective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate work\nWhat We Offer You:\nWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
