This role combines project management, continuous improvement, and data analysis to help deliver projects focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, change management, and business performance.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys coordinating projects, working with data, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport multiple organizational effectiveness projects by developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing action items, and coordinating project activities.\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions, monitor risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.\nAnalyze workflows, conduct process mapping, capacity assessments, and operational reviews to identify efficiency opportunities.\nCollect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to measure project outcomes, track KPIs, and quantify productivity gains and cost savings.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials to communicate project progress and business impact.\nSupport change management activities by helping assess project impacts and building awareness and adoption across teams.\nMaintain project documentation, Smartsheet trackers, and reporting tools while ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, process improvement, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with experience working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.\nKnowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.\nEnglish proficiency required.\nPreferred Skills & Tools\nSmartsheet (strongly preferred)\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nExperience creating dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive presentations\nExposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools\nSix Sigma / Lean certification preferred\nInterest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
