This role partners with project teams and senior leaders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with established processes, timelines, and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCreate, track, and report on project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and financial metrics.\nProduce and distribute project status, tracking, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.\nSupport senior leadership by coordinating priorities, managing information flow, and assisting with executive-level communications and meeting preparation.\nCoordinate stakeholder engagement and communications across multiple teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and business priorities.\nFacilitate meeting governance by developing agendas, documenting key decisions, tracking action items, and following up on deliverables.\nManage project budgets, invoice approvals, financial reporting, and deliverable tracking to support successful project execution.\nCoordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics in support of project and business activities.\nPartner with project teams and business stakeholders to drive project execution, support strategic initiatives, and identify process improvement opportunities.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor’s Degree required.\nMinimum of 3 years of related experience in project coordination, business operations, administration, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAn equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.\nThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:\nStrong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, executive support, relationship-building, and meeting facilitation skills.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, decision-support, and organizational capabilities with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nWhat We Offer You:\nWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
