# CloudOps Engineer

CloudOps Engineer Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Job Overview IQVIA is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a cloud-based data platform. In this role, you will investigate and resolve complex technical incidents, troubleshoot data and API issues, automate operational processes, and collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to implement permanent solutions. The ideal candidate brings practical experience supporting cloud platforms in AWS, working with large-scale data environments, and managing incidents from initial diagnosis through resolution. Experience with Databricks is preferred, although candidates with comparable big-data platform experience, such as Snowflake, are encouraged to apply. Essential Functions Monitor, maintain, and support cloud-based data platforms hosted in AWS. Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues using AWS CloudWatch, log analysis, monitoring tools, and browser-based debugging utilities.
