At IQVIA, we look at individuals with a focus on continuous learning and career development.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Associate Project Manager will manage small to medium size Connected Devices projects that are stand-alone or full-service in scope, across all phases of clinical studies. Ensure all project work is completed to the sponsor's satisfaction, on time and within budget and in accordance with policies and procedures.\nRequired Education & Experience: \nBachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or Healthcare related discipline \n3+ years of Project Management experience within Clinical Research/CRO Industry, including planning, timelines, deliverables, budgets, risks/issues, manuals, document management, etc. \nOr equivalent combination of education, training and experience\nExperience working with Decentralized Trials or Medical Devices is preferred\nSummary of Responsibilities: \nUnder supervision, plan, initiate, execute, control, and close projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the customer.\nMonitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams.\nTrack project progress, identify and evaluate project risks and take advice from superiors on corrective action as appropriate.\nDevelop and oversee maintenance of internal databases and project plans.\nEnsure that Operational Services are kept fully informed of project requirements.\nConduct an ‘End of Project’ review meeting to ensure that all project activities have been completed in full.\nKeep superiors within Connected Devices fully informed of any project issues that may impact quality, budget, and timeliness of project delivery to the customer’s satisfaction.\nTrain and mentor junior project support staff.\nProvide input to line managers of their project team members’ performance relative to project tasks.\nPrepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.\nEnsure that consistent and appropriate project specific guidelines are documented and circulated to all project team members and that the team is well-trained on these guidelines.\nReview the project contract to ensure any out of scope work is managed promptly and efficiently.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nGood leadership skills\nGood ability to prioritize, schedule and organize\nGood interpersonal and communication skills\nGood problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service skills\nGood Microsoft Office skills\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
