In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and client representatives to facilitate the contract lifecycle process, identify potential contractual risks, and ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. You will play a key role in implementing best practices and driving process improvements across contracting activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor the full contract lifecycle, from contract creation through execution and completion.\nTrack contract status and ensure timely progression of agreements through internal and external approval processes.\nReview contractual terms and identify potential risks, issues, or obligations that could adversely impact the business.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to address contractual, commercial, and operational matters.\nProvide guidance on contract-related processes and support the resolution of contractual challenges within established policies and guidelines.\nDraft, revise, and negotiate contract language using approved templates and clauses.\nSupport the implementation of contract process improvements and best practices.\nCommunicate new contract procedures, guidelines, and process updates to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and contracting standards.\nEffectively manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal operations, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of contract language, contractual obligations, and their business impact.\nExperience drafting, reviewing, and modifying contractual terms and conditions.\nKnowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nProven ability to follow up proactively and ensure timely resolution of contract-related matters.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working in a corporate, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or professional services environment.\nAbility to identify risks and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nExperience working with contract management systems and related business applications.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nContracts are processed accurately and efficiently within required timelines.\nPotential contractual risks are identified and escalated appropriately.\nInternal and external stakeholders receive responsive and professional support.\nContracting processes are continuously improved to enhance efficiency and compliance.\nHigh standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service are consistently maintained.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
