What You'll Be Doing
You'lllead study start-up activities across global, regional, and country-level programs, ensuring studies are activated efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. Working as part of an integrated cross-functional team, you'llpartner with sponsors, sites, and stakeholders worldwide to accelerate patient enrolment and drive successful clinical trial delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Leading site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions, ethics approvalsand site contracting
Developing and executing Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives
Performing protocol amendments
Driving study start-up timelines and critical milestones
Managing regulatory strategies, approvalsand essential study documentation
Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring local and global compliance
Identifyingrisks, resolving issuesand implementing mitigation plans
Building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders
Monitoring project metrics, budgets, timelinesand performance indicators
Providing project updates, reports, presentationsand operational insights
Supporting proposal development, bid defence activities and customer engagement
Mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Experience in site activation, study start-up, protocol amendments, regulatory affairsor clinical operations
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, ethics processesand regulatory requirements
Experience managing timelines, budgets, risksand cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication, negotiationand stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex projects and drive outcomes in a global environment
Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience working across cultures and geographies
Passion for innovation and leveragingtechnology to improve clinical trial delivery
