Healthcare Professional Relations Agent - English Native Speaker / Madrid Based

Position Purpose:
We are recruiting an awesome team of English Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!
Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.

What to expect:
- Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
- Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
- Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
- Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements
- English Native speaker is required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
- Analytical skills.
- Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
- Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
- Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter subject to performance.
