Inventory Control Assoc 2

Role and responsibility :

• Material purchasing
• Make procurement plan, implement the purchase order, release purchase orders according to our SOP
• Inquiries and comparison
• Checking the goods information with vendors as required
• Applying for payment and follow up payment status
• Verify the contents of shipping list
• Submit regular purchasing reports as required

Requirement:

• College degree or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing, business.
• Be able to communicate in English as working language
• Good communication skill
• Be careful and meticulous, positive enterprising, good at learning
• Familiar with office software

工作职责：

• 根据需求进行材料采购
• 制定采购计划，执行采购订单，编写采购合同，落实具体采购流程
• 进行采购物品的询价、比价、谈判工作
• 与供应商联系确认货物信息
• 申请付款，跟进供应商发票信息
• 与供应商、财务部门定期对账，确认货、款、票一致.
• 核实采购清单内容
• 定期整理提交采购报告

要求:大专以上学历，

1-2年采购、商务经验，优秀毕业生亦可。

能够以英文为沟通语言

良好的语言表达能力，及较强的沟通能力

工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习

熟练掌握办公软件
