This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in data operations, project coordination, and healthcare technology within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOrganize, maintain, and track client files and project-related documentation in designated repositories.\nPartner with Project Managers and Data Teams to monitor sprint progress, project priorities, and deliverables.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve file-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across Nepal and the United States.\nEnsure data files and supporting materials are accurate, organized, and readily accessible.\nFollow established operational processes, standards, and quality guidelines.\nSupport project coordination activities and assist with task tracking as needed.\nManage multiple client files and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a software, technology, data operations, or project support environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nFlexibility to support business needs outside regular working hours when required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nUnderstanding of healthcare data or healthcare technology environments.\nExperience with data entry, data analysis, or file management processes.\nExperience supporting Project Managers, Team Leads, or Operations teams.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel functions, reporting, or VBA.\nExposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
