Linguistic Validation Junior Project Manager

负责翻译项目的全生命周期管理，协调译员、审校、客户等多方资源，确保项目按时、按质、按预算交付。

核心职责

• 项目全流程管理 ：统筹翻译项目的范围、进度、成本和质量，制定项目计划并跟踪执行。
• 资源调配与团队管理 ：根据项目需求匹配译员、审校等语言资源，管理供应商关系，评估资源绩效。
• 客户沟通与关系维护 ：作为客户主要对接人，理解需求、管理期望等。
• 质量控制 ：确保交付物符合客户要求和行业规范。
• 跨部门协作 ：确保项目信息流畅、问题及时升级解决。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，语言学、翻译、外语或项目管理相关专业优先。
• 2年以上项目管理经验，有翻译项目管理背景的优先。
• 英语熟练掌握，能作为工作语言。
• 出色的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和多任务处理能力。
• 能适应快节奏工作环境，独立解决问题并推动项目落地。
