Die IQVIA Commercial GmbH ist Teil der IQVIA-Unternehmensgruppe und Spezialist maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen zur Integration in bestehende Systeme speziell für den Gesundheitsmarkt sowie für die Pharma- und Druckindustrie.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Softwarelösungen zur Qualitätskontrolle bei Endkunden

  • Betreuung von Kunden aus der Druck- und Pharmaindustrie

  • Schulung der Anwender in der Bedienung der Software

  • Durchführung von Soft- und Hardwaresupport

  • Support per Telefon, Remote-Service-Tools sowie direkt vor Ort beim Kunden

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Drucktechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerkstrukturen sowie Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen von Vorteil

  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken wünschenswert

  • Kenntnisse in der Softwarevalidierung von Vorteil

  • Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im eigenverantwortlichen Team

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen

  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland

  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind für diese Rolle nicht zwingend erforderlich, sondern lediglich wünschenswert
