As a PV Intake agent, you will have daily direct contact with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients (the very people we are working to help), this is a highly visible and important role within IQVIA and essential to our core goal of patient safety. To ensure you contribute to the business and grow your career, you will also benefit from ongoing training and development from our in-house safety experts to plan and progress your career.\nThis role requires fluency in English; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.\nMain Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include receiving and documenting incoming telephone calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting Lifecycle Safety Data. \nAdditional responsibilities include:\nPV mailbox triage\nPV intake activities, PV follow ups and PV reconciliations. \nTranslation of content where necessary.\nReceiving and documenting incoming safety information from external customers such as patients and/or healthcare providers and responding to their enquiries about products. Summarizing these reports based on information identified as vital to the project.\nTriage, identify and transfer out of scope inquiries to local point of contact, as provided by the client.\nDisseminate clear, accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients based on the approved call scripts and/or other approved resources related to the use of client products.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Life sciences or a related field (mandatory)\nFluency in English (mandatory) (will be evaluated)\nPrevious PV experience (required)\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
