Job Overview
Under guidance, oversees the day to day operations of a team of Data Collectors in the field.
Essential Functions
- Recruit physicians and other primary healthcare professionals to collect primary data.
- Build long term relationships with physicians and other primary healthcare professionals.
- Complete administrative tasks related to data collection such as time management, reporting etc.
- Provide support and guidance on existing projects and studies for more junior staff, and provide coaching for more junior staff in their roles.
- Act as an “ambassador” for the company to external contacts including physicians and other stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact internally for physician and healthcare professional queries
- Monitor key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel as required for the role
