Working closely with key stakeholders across Integrated Care Systems and Primary Care Networks, you will help drive vaccine uptake and optimise patient identification and recall processes.\nAlongside this, you will support a Quality Improvement Programme focused on COPD, helping healthcare professionals identify, review and optimise appropriate patient cohorts.\nAbout You\nWe are particularly interested in speaking with pharmacists who combine strong clinical expertise with commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nRegistration as a Pharmacist.\nExperience working at PCN or ICB level, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked extensively across PCNs.\nAn excellent understanding of how GP practices, PCNs and wider NHS systems operate.\nExperience supporting patient search, recall and action processes, particularly within vaccination programmes.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nExperience working in a customer-facing role.\nEvidence of delivering against objectives, targets and KPIs.\nConfidence asking for commitment, securing action and driving change through partnership working.\nAbility to build credibility quickly with clinicians, pharmacists and NHS decision-makers.\nA commercial mindset combined with a patient-centred approach.\nWhy Apply?\nThis is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in the delivery of a nationally important vaccination programme while working with senior NHS stakeholders across a large geographic region.
