You will take existing content, storyboards, workshop outputs, and client materials and elevate them into polished, impactful presentations that effectively communicate key messages while meeting the highest standards of quality, branding, and visual excellence.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a presentation design professional who thrives on translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visual stories and has extensive experience creating sophisticated presentations within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, consulting, or agency environments.\nWhat You'll Do\nPresentation Design & Development\nDevelop, format, and enhance high-impact PowerPoint presentations using content provided by internal teams and clients.\nTransform draft slides, workshop outputs, storyboards, and existing materials into professional, executive-level deliverables.\nImprove slide structure, visual hierarchy, readability, and overall communication effectiveness.\nApply consistent formatting, branding, and presentation standards across complex slide decks.\nManage presentation updates and revisions through multiple stakeholder review cycles.\nPowerPoint Expertise\nAct as the subject matter expert for PowerPoint best practices.\nCreate and maintain presentation templates, themes, Slide Masters, and asset libraries.\nLeverage advanced PowerPoint functionality, including: Slide Masters Custom layouts SmartArt Advanced chart formatting Interactive navigation and hyperlinks Animations and transitions Template development and optimization\nTroubleshoot and repair complex presentation files while ensuring they remain editable and production-ready.\nData Visualization & Visual Communication\nDesign PowerPoint-native graphics, diagrams, frameworks, process maps, timelines, organizational charts, and infographics.\nDevelop effective visual representations of scientific, medical, commercial, and business concepts.\nCreate compelling charts, graphs, and data visualizations that simplify complex information.\nTranslate technical and data-heavy content into engaging audience-friendly presentations.\nQuality Control & Collaboration\nConduct thorough reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.\nVerify formatting, typography, alignment, spacing, animations, and hyperlinks across presentations.\nMaintain exceptional quality standards throughout all deliverables.\nPartner closely with internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback effectively and efficiently.\nManage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and client expectations.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent professional experience will also be considered.\n3-5 years of experience developing professional presentations or serving as a PowerPoint Specialist.\nProven portfolio demonstrating advanced presentation design and visual communication capabilities.\nExperience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, consulting, agency, or corporate environments is highly desirable.\nRequired Skills\nExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.\nAdvanced knowledge of Slide Masters, template creation, and presentation architecture.\nStrong presentation design, information design, and layout skills.\nAdvanced charting, graphing, and data visualization capabilities.\nAbility to create sophisticated diagrams and visual frameworks directly in PowerPoint.\nStrong understanding of visual storytelling and presentation best practices.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications, or life sciences organizations.\nExperience working in creative, communications, consulting, or agency environments.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience supporting scientific, medical affairs, market access, commercial, training, or corporate communication initiatives.\nSuccess in This Role\nThe ideal candidate is passionate about transforming information into impactful visual experiences.
