This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing therapy area, promoting blood glucose monitoring technologies and supporting healthcare professionals in optimising diabetes care within Primary Care settings.\nThis is a Field Based Role, combining account management, education and customer engagement across Primary Care.\nThe Role\nAs a Primary Care Key Account Manager, you will work closely with GPs, Practice Nurses, Diabetes Specialist Nurses, Primary Care Networks and other healthcare stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of blood glucose monitoring technologies. Through strategic account management and stakeholder engagement, you will support improved patient outcomes and access to appropriate diabetes management solutions.\nYou will:\nBuild and develop relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory.\nPromote blood glucose monitoring technologies in a compliant, customer-focused manner.\nDeliver evidence-based educational discussions to healthcare professionals on diabetes management and monitoring solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve patient access to diabetes technologies in line with local healthcare priorities.\nDevelop and implement strategic territory business plans to achieve commercial objectives.\nManage key accounts effectively, tailoring engagement strategies to local customer needs.\nConduct impactful face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational events and account reviews.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and local NHS priorities.\nAnalyse local market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven success in a Primary Care pharmaceutical sales role or medical device sales role working within Primary Care.\nStrong understanding of the NHS, Primary Care environment and local healthcare systems.\nExperience building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, influencing and account management skills.\nCommercially driven with a track record of delivering sales and business objectives.\nAbility to identify and capitalise on opportunities within complex healthcare pathways.\nExperience delivering educational and value-based customer interactions.\nDiabetes, medical device or diagnostics experience would be advantageous but is not essential.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in diabetes care while working in a highly visible customer-facing role.
