Acting as a senior member of the trial team, you will coordinate key study activities across systems, documentation, finance, training, and vendor oversight, driving operational excellence and consistency throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading sponsor environment where you will leverage your expertise in clinical operations, trial coordination, quality, and process improvement to support regional and global studies. Beyond study execution, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues, contributing to capability building across the PMA community, and helping shape best practices within one of the world's leading clinical research organizations.\nKey responsibilities\nEstablish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers/alerts and determine appropriate follow up for Project Leader (PL) or other function(s) to act upon.\nCoordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of all key milestone and partner with PL on related calls.\nCoordinate and support the risk and issue management process.\nManage all aspects of the Project Finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation.\nDemonstrate compliance with the Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) Management process.\nImplement and maintain baseline and change control processes.\nEnsure PL has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality to support better decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans.\nReview and support project resource allocation within project budgeted for assigned portfolio/ projects.\nPrepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project team and/or customer.\nOrganize and partner with PL in managing internal project team and customer meetings.\nPrepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and customer meetings.\nManage and coordinate core file reviews and support audits as needed.
