We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to shape the future of delivery operations through practical applications of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the C360 program.\nManage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.\nPartner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.\nProactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and remove execution blockers.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective decision-making.\nSupport resource planning, prioritization, and delivery health reviews.\nEstablish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership.\nChampion modern project delivery practices and continuously improve ways of working.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase delivery effectiveness, predictability, and operational efficiency.\nLeverage AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery visibility, operational performance, and decision-making.\nDesired Experience & Skills\nSubstantial Project Management experience delivering complex software, data, platform, or technology initiatives.\nProven experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business organizations.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.\nExperience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, or organizational transformation initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery management tools.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.\nExperience applying data-driven approaches to delivery management and operational improvement.\nDemonstrated passion for transforming delivery organizations through AI-enabled ways of working, automation, and continuous innovation.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience leading cross-functional delivery initiatives involving technical and non-technical teams.\nProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWhy Join?\nThose who join us become part of a recognized global leader still willing to challenge the status quo to improve patient care.
