In this role, you will support the global sales organization by developing customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research opportunities worldwide.\nYou will collaborate with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to create high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and customer success.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.\nDevelop proposal text, budgets, pricing models, and supporting documentation.\nInterpret customer requirements and ensure proposal accuracy.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information.\nParticipate in proposal strategy discussions and customer meetings.\nConduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes.\nMaintain proposal databases and reporting systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or similar functions.\nExperience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.\nKnowledge of budgeting, costing models, and pricing methodologies.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in CRO, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries.\nExperience interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements.\nExposure to customer-facing proposal or pricing activities.\nWhy Join IQVIA?\nJoin a global organization dedicated to advancing healthcare and clinical research.
