This role will work closely with development and QA teams to improve test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and support continuous delivery initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.\nExecute and support automated regression testing across multiple product releases.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid feedback.\nCreate, manage, and track defects, test cases, and test execution results using JIRA and TestRail.\nLeverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate test automation development, script maintenance, troubleshooting, and productivity.\nAnalyze, document, and resolve software defects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and testing efficiency.\nIdentify opportunities to expand automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD processes.\nHands-on experience with JIRA for defect and project tracking and TestRail for test case management and test execution.\nProficiency in using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve automation scripting efficiency, code quality, test creation, and troubleshooting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.\nPreferred\nExperience with automated regression testing and test framework development.\nFor internal candidates, working knowledge of IQVIA's Proprietary Automation Framework (PAF) is strongly preferred.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
