Manage laboratory instruments, analyze samples, and document results under the scientific direction of laboratory leadership.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nPerform routine qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures under minimal supervision while following safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices\nPrepare experiments and samples for analysis\nAnalyze, report, and present accurate results in a timely manner to support scientific meetings and project outcomes\nOperate and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments\nTroubleshoot laboratory equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures\nDocument laboratory procedures accurately in accordance with customer requirements\nComplete other laboratory duties as assigned\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBachelor's Degree in applied or laboratory sciences with direct laboratory coursework\n3-5 years direct laboratory experience required\nExperience performing qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures in a GLP environment\nExperience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments according to established SOPs\nAbility to understand and follow scientific protocols, policies, and procedures\nBasic computing skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent\nOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree\nThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently, manage responsibilities, and follow scientific direction\nStrong task-prioritization, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills\nFlexible, forward-thinking, and motivated approach to laboratory work\nCommitment to performing duties with the highest regard for safety and quality\nAbility to lift a minimum of 25 pounds\nAbility to meet customer requirements for background checks, health and safety assessments, security clearances, and medical checkups\nWhat We Offer You:\nWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
