This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex clinical data into actionable insights that drive medical monitoring, risk-based monitoring, data review, and clinical decision-making initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and delivery of clinical reporting, dashboards, visualizations, metrics, and analytical solutions.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.\nMentor team members and provide technical leadership on reporting, visualization, and analytics best practices.\nDrive process improvements and innovative approaches to clinical data reporting and analytics.\nServe as a subject matter expert for clinical data analytics, visualization platforms, and reporting technologies.\nIndependently manage complex assignments and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. \n4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Clinical Data Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role working with data warehouse environments in a regulated industry and clinical trial setting. \nAdvanced expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using TIBCO Spotfire or comparable business intelligence platforms.\nStrong programming experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical scripting languages.\nExperience gathering business requirements and developing user requirements documentation.\nStrong understanding of clinical trial data structures, including SDTM. \nPreferred Qualifications\n6+ years of relevant experience in clinical data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations.\nKnowledge of CDISC standards and clinical data standards implementation.\nExperience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior team members.\nDemonstrated ability to apply advanced technical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.\nExperience serving as a technical subject matter expert in clinical data analytics, reporting, or therapeutic area-specific domains. \nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in clinical data analytics with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
