About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Analytics & Reporting Programmer to lead the development of advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions supporting global clinical trials. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex clinical data into actionable insights that drive medical monitoring, risk-based monitoring, data review, and clinical decision-making initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical reporting, dashboards, visualizations, metrics, and analytical solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on reporting, visualization, and analytics best practices. Drive process improvements and innovative approaches to clinical data reporting and analytics. Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical data analytics, visualization platforms, and reporting technologies.
