You will also leverage modern AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency, analysis, and overall quality outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and analyze business, functional, technical, and data requirements.\nDesign, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.\nValidate ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, and data warehouse solutions.\nPerform manual and automated testing across data platforms and reporting environments.\nConduct SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.\nIdentify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.\nCreate and maintain QA documentation, test evidence, and status reports.\nMentor and support junior QA team members while promoting quality best practices.\nLeverage AI-powered tools to improve testing productivity and quality.\nContribute to test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Testing, or Quality Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL and databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.\nExperience testing data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nExposure to AI-powered tools and technologies, including the effective use of AI assistants and prompt engineering to enhance testing, analysis, and productivity.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with data testing automation frameworks and data quality tools.\nExposure to BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience supporting both on-premises and cloud-native data platforms.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle best practices.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
