The role will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.\nMajor Deliverables\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.\nDevelop reusable frontend components and backend services to support enterprise application development.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.\nDesign, optimize, and support database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.\nWork with Python and Scala where required for application integrations and data processing.\nDevelop solutions leveraging Snowflake and modern data engineering platforms.\nBuild, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application support activities.\nCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nConduct code reviews, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nEnsure security, scalability, observability, and reliability best practices are followed.\nSupport Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.\nRequired Qualification & Experiences\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.\nStrong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java and Spring Boot\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.\nStrong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and state management.\nStrong understanding of backend architecture, software design patterns, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.\nExperience working with Git and modern version control practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Python and/or Scala.\nExposure to Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience building and supporting cloud-native applications.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, SSO, or similar technologies.\nPrior experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
