This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, execution, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.\n Key Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end testing activities for assigned features, enhancements, and releases.\nAnalyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios.\nDesign, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.\nValidate backend data and business logic using SQL queries.\nIdentify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.\nInvestigate production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis.\nUtilize AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency, documentation, analysis, and quality outcomes.\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nLeverage AI-enabled tools to streamline test documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management.\nPromote an AI-First Quality Engineering approach by improving QA processes through intelligent testing practices.\nMentor junior team members and promote a quality-first mindset.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong manual testing expertise.\nStrong experience in requirement analysis, test execution, defect management, and production support.\nHands-on experience with SQL and database validation, including PostgreSQL and MySQL.\nExperience testing web-based and enterprise applications.\nExposure to AI-powered tools and prompt engineering concepts to improve testing productivity and quality.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing best practices.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the US Healthcare domain.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools for test case creation, documentation, analysis, and reporting.\nExperience mentoring and guiding QA team members.\nExperience testing data-intensive, analytics, or reporting applications.\nKnowledge of test automation concepts and quality engineering practices.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
