This professional will serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, driving talent attraction and acquisition efforts aligned with organizational needs while ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage full-cycle recruiting processes, from intake meetings through candidate hiring.\nConduct alignment meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across different Latin American markets.\nPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as a consultant throughout the selection process.\nManage offer negotiations, approval processes, and position closures.\nEnsure a positive experience for candidates and leaders by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.\nPartner with global teams, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement projects, automation initiatives, employer branding programs, and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.\nRecruit for positions across various levels and complexities, including specialized and regional roles.\nQualifications:\nProven experience in end-to-end recruitment.\nExperience acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and business leaders.\nExperience recruiting across multiple countries within Latin America.\nHands-on experience with ATS platforms and candidate sourcing tools.\nExperience conducting competency-based interviews.\nStrong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and performance indicators.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProactive mindset with a strong results orientation.\nAdvanced English proficiency\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
