This role is versatile but is focused on transparency reporting which requires a higher level of technical proficiency and familiarity with data and data manipulation concepts. Familiarity with Pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful. Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is critical.\nResponsibilities\nPerform Transparency Reporting tasks including:\n- Data validation - validating data against other sources\n- Data remediation - updating data based on provided business rules\n- Data Analytics - looking for trends in data, and provided related reporting\n- Transparency Reporting - generate draft reports, understand methods for reporting, be able to articulate methods\nSends information requests to clients for required information. (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)\nTrack activities, and report activity data to client.\nPerform quality reviews and validation of data inputs\nAdherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)\nProvide weekly reports on status of all activities to Client stakeholders\nReporting automation activities using BI tools\nCompetency Requirements\nBackground in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatory\nProficiency in MS-Office, Word, and Outlook\nAdvanced abilities with MS Excel required to do data analysis and validation - Power Query and VBA Macros\nKnowledge with Power BI or other BI tools\nGood organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environment\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize\nAt least 1 year senior level reporting analyst\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environment Education, Skills, Experience Desired\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\n5 years related work experience\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
