You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and help deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance scalability, security, and user experience.\nMajor Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies.\nParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.\nDevelop and maintain both front-end user interfaces and backend application components.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.\nReview functional specifications and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.\nCreate and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.\nCollaborate with Product, Implementation, Data Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.\nSupport and lead small to medium-sized development projects and system enhancement initiatives.\nProvide technical guidance and onboarding support to junior developers.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation as required.\nSupport platform modernization, security enhancements, and technical debt reduction initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n4+ years of professional software development experience using .NET technologies.\nStrong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET.\nExperience developing and supporting web-based applications and database-driven systems.\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.\nExperience working with SQL databases and writing efficient queries.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.\nExperience designing and integrating REST APIs and web services.\nExperience using Git or other version control systems.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\nExperience working across the full software development lifecycle.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nGood to Have\nExperience mentoring or supporting junior software engineers.\nExperience leading small to medium-sized development initiatives.\nExposure to healthcare technology or healthcare data platforms.\nExperience with cloud technologies such as Azure.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience contributing to platform modernization, security improvements, or technical debt reduction initiatives.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
